Michelle Spriggs
Office Manager

Michelle has been with the practice since it opened in 2001. She is a comprehensive asset to our team as our office manager,  receptionist,  accounts receivable, and occasionally horse holder when we need her! Her equine and medical knowledge is extensive. Michelle participated in showing her Paint at world shows for many years. She currently enjoys spending time with her family, including her now  yearling baby Easton, her husband, stepson, and her two exuberant German Shorthair Pointers - Kota and Raya.

Shaun Golson
Farrier

We would like to extend a warm welcome to Shaun Golson, our new farrier. Shaun has been shoeing horses full time for 8 years. He apprenticed 2 years with Joe McKey and 2 years with Tom Norwood. Shaun is father to 2 sons and uses his Quarter Horses for roping. Shaun will be working beside our surgeon, Dr. Troy Holder, providing corrective trimming/shoeing for our surgery and lameness patients, as well as routine shoeing for our non-critical patients. He is also available and open to taking on new horses, so please call the clinic at 503-678-4225 if you would like to schedule an appointment or ask any questions!

Raul maintains cleanliness and sanitization  of our hospital facilities. He is a very hard worker and is great with the horses in the hospital.

Rondi Offield- Head Technician

Rondi is a certified veterinary technician.  She has grown up in Oregon training and teaching riding lessons.  She graduated from Oregon State University with Bachelor of Science  degree with a major in animal Science. She then went on to get her veterinary technology degree at Portland Community College.  She enjoys spending time with her family, being out on the water, and training her 3 year old Quarter horse.
